When I learned how powerful my mother instinct is as a first time mom, one evening I suddenly woke up in the middle of night and had an intense feeling to check on my baby, as he sleeps in his cot only to find that baby’s blanket was covering his face and he was struggling to breath. This experience validated my importance as his mom and that gave me more confidence to trust my instincts more. I also felt like I had new superpowers! 🧚
